一种大功率潜油电机，包括由电机头、定子冲片组成的定子、转子、转子铁心及转轴、止推轴承、扶正轴承、电缆、引线盖及轴承座构成的电机主体，其特征在于电机外径为φ140mm－φ146mm，定子、转子直径相应加大至138mm以上，小于146mm，转子铁心的长度与外径之比为6.5－10。本实用新型的优越性在于：1.可满足油井9－5/8″套管的空间需要和大排量潜油泵的大功率要求；2.整体结构设计合理、较其它系列电机性能及可靠性更高；3.可节约大量能源，降低油田采油成本，减少作业费用；4.降低了制造潜油电机的制造成本。5.市场前景非常广阔，并可满足出口需求。

A large-power submersible motor comprises a motor main body composed of a motor head, a stator consisting of stator stampings, a rotor, a rotor iron core and shaft, a thrust bearing, an alignment bearing, a cable, a lead cover, and a bearing holder, wherein the outer diameter of the motor is 140-146 mm; the diameters of stator and rotor are respectively larger than 138 mm and less than 146 mm; and the ratio of iron core length to its outer diameter is 6.5-10. The utility model has the advantages of small size, large power, reasonable structure, high reliability, saving power, low cost, and wide application.
