PWM rectification system base on IGCT is composed of data acquisition circuit, DSP data processing circuit, conversion interface circuit, power switch circuit, switching power supply circuit, and communication display circuit. Advantages are: hardware is combined with software programming so that hardware design is simple, and software is easy of understanding; collecting phase voltages and phase currents of three phases at AC side and using SVPWM algorithm to improve power factor at network side; comparing with IGBT, GTO, IGCT utilized as switch device of power circuit raises current carrying capacity, and withstand voltage capacity of switch device; conversion interface circuit from PWM electric signal to PWM optical signal guarantees reliable on/off of IGCT; using DSP data processing capacity to carry out functions of fault detection and automatic error correction so as to rise system reliability.
