The invention relates to a sponge containing bamboo charcoal composition and the process for preparation, wherein the sponge comprises 10-60% of bamboo charcoal, the preparing process comprises making bamboo charcoal powder, mixing with sponge raw material, mixing and placing into die arrangement, carrying out foaming formation, finally cooling down and demoulding.
