The method includes following steps: (1) within temperature setup, using circulating device to use cooling water circularly; (2) starting up manual refrigeration mode when temperature is higher than set temperature; (3) using circulating device to use cooling water right along if temperature is returned back to temperature setup. The cooling water circulation apparatus is composed of semiconductor refrigeration module, circulating water system, intelligent control meter for detecting water temperature and DC power source for semiconductor. Advantages are: (1) quick lowering temperature of circulating cooling water to meet requirement of experiment; (2) remarkable water saving effect, saving 20-50 times of cooling water; (3) green technique, no leak of conventional refrigerant to destroy ozonosphere, saving energy also; (4) wide foreground.
