The high-frequency pulse crude oil electric dehydrater is formed from three-phase power supply, rectification circuit, IGBT translation circuit, auxiliary circuit, protection circuit, PWM drive circuit, high frequency transformer, high-frequency rectifier and high-frequency dehydrater. It is characterized by that the three-phase power supply is passed through the rectification circuit to make rectification, and come into IGBT translation circuit to make conversion to form high-frequency pulse, at the same time the auxiliary circuit provides control power supply to protection circuit, and it utilzies PWM drive circuit to protect and control output pulse width of IGBT and duty ratio, then it utilizes high-frequency transformer to boost and high-frequency rectifier to make rectification to form high-frequency high-voltage pulse. The pulse is passed through high-voltage non-explosive interface and high-voltage insulating rod, and introduced onto electrode plate of high-frequency electric dehydrater to form high-frequency pulse electric field in the dehydrater.
