本发明公开了一种远红外线膜及其制备方法。所述的远红外线膜为一聚氨酯膜,其含重量百分比为50%－90%的聚氨酯、5%－30%的麦饭石、2.5%－10%的豆粉及2.5%－10%的动物骨灰。本发明所述的远红外线膜的制造方法:麦饭石、豆粉、及动物骨灰和聚氨酯浆体按上述比例混合后制成薄膜、烘干。本发明所述的远红外线膜制造工艺简单、保暖效果较好且耐用。

The present invention discloses a far-infrared film and its preparation method. The described far-infrared film is a polyurethane film whose composition includes (wt%) 50%-90% of polyurethane, 5%-30%of Chinese medical stone, 2.5%-10% of soybean flour and 2.5%-10% of animal bone ash. Its production process includes the steps of mixing all the materials according to a certain proportion, making the obtained mixture material into film and drying. This invention is simple in production process, good in warm-keeping effect, and durable.
