This invention discloses an aluminium plastic tube nanometer hol melt adhesive which is produced by using twin screen extruder through coblending technique to obtain particles. it is composed of: A, polythene or ethylene copolymer is used as matrix to obtain graft modified adhesive resin; B. HDPE, LLDPE coblending resin is used to regulate adhesive resin content and comprehensive property of hot melt adhesive; C. nitrile rubber, cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber, petroleum resin, SBS are used as viscosity increasing resin to raise the initial adhesion and affinity of the hot melt adhesive; D, adding inorganic nanometer CaCO3, TiO2, talc, SiO2 are added to increase the mechanical and thermal performance of hot melt adhesive. It can be used for aluminium plastic tube, and recombination of glass,metal, wood with plastic layer.
