The present invention discloses a far-infrared fabric and its production method. The described fabric possesses a fabric layer which is covered with a layer of polyurethane layer containing oxides ofpotassium, calcium, zirconium, iron or manganese and Chinse medicinal stone. Its production method is characterized by that the Chinese medicinal stone, calcium oxide or potassium oxide or its combination and one kind of oxides of zirconium, iron and manganese or their combination and polyurethane pulp body are mixed according to a certain mixing ratio, then said mixture is applied or screen-printed on the fabric, solidified at room temp. and dried at 80-100 deg.C to obtain the invented product which is simple in structure, good in warmth retention effect and durable.
