本发明涉及电加热锅复合底生产工艺,其特征在于是由点焊螺钉→涂覆焊料→装锅→加压→加热→冷却→取锅工序组成,而且从点焊螺钉至取锅的工艺过程是连续进行,完成本发明所需的设备是由机架、压力装置、上模、下模及电气仪表装置组成,压力装置采用空气压缩气缸,空气压缩气缸的上端联接进气管,下端的气缸导杆通过上模支承架与上模固定联接,上模与下模分离。本发明具有工艺简单,焊接牢固可靠,设备结构紧凑,操作方便、投资少、成本低、占地面积小的优点。

A technology for manufacturing compound bottom of electric cooker includes such continuous steps as spot welding of screws, coating flux, loading cooker, pneumatic pressing, heating, cooling and unloading cooker. The apparatus for carrying out the same is composed of frame, pressure unit including pneumatic cylinder, upper and lower dies and electric meters. The guide rod of pneumatic cylinder isconnected to upper die via the supporter of upper die. Its advantages are simple technology, reliable welding, compact structure, low cost and possessing less ground.
