The invention provides a perovskite/titanium dioxide composite nanocrystal preparation method, which comprises: 1) mixing cesium carbonate, an octadecene solution and oleic acid, and carrying out a reaction to obtain a cesium oleate precursor solution; 2) mixing lead halide, an octadecene solution, oleic acid and oleylamine to obtain a mixed solution, and quickly reacting the mixed solution with the cesium oleate precursor solution to obtain a perovskite quantum dot solution; 3) purifying the perovskite quantum dot solution with toluene to obtain a perovskite toluene solution; and 4) mixing the perovskite toluene solution with titanium dioxide nanotubes to obtain perovskite/titanium dioxide composite nanocrystals. Compared with the prior art, the method adopts a simple liquid-phase synthesis method, and the prepared perovskite/titanium dioxide composite nanocrystals successfully excite two-photon random laser and provide a new opportunity for frequency ascent conversion.
