The invention provides a container structure for controlling the oil capacity of refrigeration oil and a compressor comprising the same. The container structure comprises a plurality of cavities usedfor containing the refrigeration oil. The plurality of cavities are successively or separately arranged outwards from the center in a layered mode. Each of the cavities is provided with a cavity opening which is opened along with temperature rising of the temperature, and the cavity opening and the cavity are integrally formed. The cavities are made of a memory alloy. The container structure has the advantages and main characteristics that the appropriate structure is made of the memory alloy; the critical temperature of the container structure increases gradually from outside to inside. Eachcavity of the container structure is provided with the cavity opening, and the cavity openings can be automatically opened when the temperature reaches up to the critical temperature and automaticallyclosed when the temperature is lower than the critical temperature.
