The invention discloses a rotating mechanism for a display terminal and a vehicle. The rotating mechanism comprises a mounting unit, a driving unit and a rotating shaft, wherein the mounting unit is used for installing the display terminal; the driving unit comprises a shell, a power output member arranged in the shell and a clutch member; the power output member can output a torque; at least a part of the clutch member extends into the power output member, and the clutch member and the power output member are opposite in the axial direction and are often mutually locked with each other; one end of the rotating shaft is connected with the mounting unit, and the other end of the rotating shaft extends into the driving unit and is in power coupling connection with the clutch member. According to the rotating mechanism, the clutch member is additionally arranged to bear the torque, so the service life of the power output member is prolonged to a certain extent; meanwhile, at least a partof the clutch member extends into the power output member, so that the axial length of the whole rotating mechanism can be shortened, and the bending-resistant and torsion-resistant static loading performance of the whole rotating mechanism is improved.
