The invention discloses a test method of evaluating durability of a new energy vehicle in a damp and hot environment. The method comprises the steps of (1) extracting new new energy vehicles of the same batch, detecting power battery system capacity and overall insulation performance of the new energy vehicles, and acquiring original data of the power battery system capacity and the overall insulation performance; (2) putting the new energy vehicle in a typical damp and hot environment natural exposure test field to undergo static exposure test; (3) in the static exposure test of the new energy vehicle, performing a dynamic road test in the morning and at night each working day; (4) after one year of static exposure test, detecting the appearance, power battery system capacity and overallinsulation performance of the new energy vehicle, and acquiring test data of the power battery system capacity and the overall insulation performance; and (5) comparing data of power battery system capacity and overall insulation performance before and after the test, and evaluating the durability of the new energy vehicle in the damp and hot environment.
