The invention discloses dry-mixed mortar for synchronous grouting in shield tunneling construction and a preparation method thereof, wherein the dry-mixed mortar comprises the components by the mass percentage: 12%-21% of cement, 10%-16% of fly ash, 3%-7% of calcium-based bentonite, 42%-56% of river sand, 12%-18% of steel slag powder, and 0.22%-0.74% of a special additive. The special additive comprises the components by the mass percentage: 22%-37% of a naphthalene-based water reducer, 0.20%-0.34% of methyl cellulose ether, 0.14%-0.31% of sodium gluconate, and 62%-78% of fly ash. The obtaineddry-mixed mortar has the advantages of good fluidity, easy filling, long castable time, strong water dispersion resistance and stable strength. After being mixed with water, the dry-mixed mortar canbe used for synchronous grouting of shield tunneling segments in tunnel engineering, has high stability and fluidity, low flowability gradual loss in time, suitable setting time and strong dispersionresistance.
