The fan adopts a compatibility steel material, Ti element and Y2O3 are added into the steel material, the strength of the steel material can be increased by controlling the proportion of the Ti element and Y2O3, and therefore, the strength of the fan is improved; and meanwhile, in the preparation process of the fan, a purifying agent is added, then a continuous annealing process is adopted, and the cobalt-based alloy layer is coated so that the prepared fan can be high in strength and wear-resistant.
