The actinidia arguta extract has the advantages that the obtained extract can retain the actinidia arguta pharmacological efficacies of relaxing bowels to relieve constipation to the most extent, and the loss of effective components of the actinidia arguta can be guaranteed to be reduced to the minimum with low-temperature drying and extraction.
