The mold adjusting mechanism of the continuous grid expander comprises a mold upper mold plate; adjusting control structures are arranged at two ends of the mold upper mold plate; slide plate adjusting structures and mold fastening structures are arranged on two sides of the adjusting control structures; the slide plate adjusting structures comprise lower slide plates arranged on the mold upper mold plate, and upper slide plates tightly attached to the lower slide plates; and the upper surfaces of the lower slide plates and the lower surfaces of the upper slide plates are inclined surfaces. The mold adjusting mechanism of the continuous grid expander can realize accurate, convenient and quick adjustment of molds due to adjustment of continuous grid mesh sizes and change of grid model numbers in production of continuous grids.
