The present application discloses a battery pack with good heat dissipation, which comprises a plurality of battery cells in matrix distribution, gaps formed among the battery cells, and a heat pipe which is encapsulated with a phase change material and has a flat structure, wherein the heat pipe is embedded in the gaps. When the battery pack provided by the present application is applied in practice, each battery cell in the battery pack can be ensured to be in a proper temperature range.
