One end of the cantilever beam is fixed on the vehicle door, and the other end is a free end; the cantilever beam is positioned on the outer side of the buckle part in a thickness direction ofthe vehicle door; and when the outer plate is suffered from the collision force on the outer side, the outer plate is deformed, and the cantilever beam is deformed to move to a position butting against the buckle part so as to limit the buckle part to downwards move to a position of changing the vehicle door from a locking state to a unlocking state. The safety vehicle door can prevent opening due to automatic unlocking in the collision process, improves the vehicle safety, and reduces the production costs of the safety vehicle door and a vehicle.
