The invention discloses an inspection method of a pressure transmitter. The method comprises the following steps that (A) a medium to be detected enters into a shell via an interface pipe and a connecting pipe of the pressure transmitter and a pressure sensor in the shell detects pressure; (B) a pressure signal processing module carries out amplification and digital-to-analogue conversion processing on the pressure detected by the pressure sensor and transmits a processed signal to a processor; (C) the signal processed by the processor is sent through a wifi module and an antenna; and (D) work personnel remotely controls an unmanned aerial vehicle carrying a signal receiving terminal and makes the unmanned aerial vehicle enter into a wifi signal covering range of the pressure transmitter so that detected pressure data can be acquired. In the invention, through the unmanned aerial vehicle or a mobile phone held by the work personnel and other mobile terminals, data of the pressure transmitter can be acquired, time is saved and unsafe factors during mountain climbing are avoided; and simultaneously, because a transmission distance is short, the data does not need to pass a signal relay so that the data is accurate.
