The device further includes a tripping connecting rod and a resetting connecting rod. A high-speed variable-frequency motor is installed on the bottom plate, and the high-speed variable-frequency motor drives a tripping body to rotate. The middle of the tripping connecting rod is movably hinged to a fixed frame I through a shaft. A torsion spring is arranged on the shaft.
