The invention discloses a verification method for an electromagnetic field test dedicated capacity of an electric vehicle, and a comb signal generator. The verification range of the verification method is from 0.15 to 30 MHz, and the verification method comprises the steps of: 1) connecting the comb signal generator to a transmitting antenna and placing the comb signal generator in an anechoic chamber, subjecting a frequency domain amplitude formula in an SAE J551-5:2012 limit table to inverse Fourier transform by means of the comb signal generator to obtain a corresponding time domain amplitude formula, generating a comb signal having a relation between frequencies and amplitudes consistent with an electromagnetic field emission limit in the SAE J551-5:2012 according to the time domain amplitude formula, and transmitting the comb signal into the anechoic chamber by means of the transmitting antenna; 2) and placing a receiving antenna in the anechoic chamber at a certain distance from the transmitting antenna, receiving the comb signal by means of the receiving antenna, and transmitting the received signal to a spectrum analyzer or a receiver arranged outside the anechoic chamber for verification. The verification method can verify the electromagnetic field test dedicated capacity of the electric vehicle maximally, and provides the maximum guarantee for the precision of electric vehicle electromagnetic disturbance test results.
