The organic fluorine-silicon hybridized inorganic silicate coating disclosed by the invention is good in flexibility, water washing resistance and acid and alkali resistance, is free of abnormity 48 hours after because of the alkali resistance, is good in scrubbing resistance (no bottom exposure after 1200 times of scrubbing), is capable of effectively preventing problems such as cracking, dropping or powder off in the application process, and has wide application in the field of high-hydrophobicity and high-antifouling inner and outer building walls.
