The invention belongs to the technical field of coating preparation, and discloses an organic fluorine-silicon hybridized inorganic silicate coating as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The coating consists of the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of an inorganic silicate solution, 1-30 parts of an organic fluorine-silicon polymer emulsion, 1-30 parts of an organic fluorine-silicon-inorganic hybridized polymer emulsion, 5-50 parts of water, 0.5-5 parts of a defoaming agent, 0.5-5 parts of a dispersing agent, 0.05-5 parts of a leveling agent and 10-60 parts of packing. The invention further discloses a preparation method. The organic fluorine-silicon hybridized inorganic silicate coating disclosed by the invention is good in flexibility, water washing resistance and acid and alkali resistance, is free of abnormity 48 hours after because of the alkali resistance, is good in scrubbing resistance (no bottom exposure after 1200 times of scrubbing), is capable of effectively preventing problems such as cracking, dropping or powder off in the application process, and has wide application in the field of high-hydrophobicity and high-antifouling inner and outer building walls.
