The counterweight rod with higher density is provided in the cutter body, so that the cutter achieves higher inertia, the higher swing in the rotating process is effectively prevented, and the stability is higher. The O-shaped rubber gaskets are arranged at the front and back ends of the counterweight rod to prevent the body damage caused by direct contact between the counterweight rod and the body.
