The invention discloses a transaction behavior identification method and a transaction behavior identification system. The identification method comprises: S101, a wireless signal of a mobile terminal is collected at preset time interval; step 102, identity information and a signal strength of the mobile terminal are obtained based on the wireless signal; and S102, according to the identity information and signal strength, obtained within an effective period, of the mobile terminal, whether a user corresponding to the mobile terminal makes a transaction behavior is identified, wherein the effective period is a period of time from a time point corresponding to first-time collection of the wireless signal of the mobile terminal to a time point corresponding to last-time collection of the wireless signal of the mobile terminal. Therefore, whether the user enters a store makes a transaction behavior can be identified and the whole identification process does not need any manual intervention, so that the manpower cost can be saved.
