The invention provides a compressor and a wiring mechanism thereof. The wiring mechanism is used to connect the lead wire and wiring terminal of the compressor. The wiring mechanism comprises a shell, which has a first extension direction and a second extension direction, wherein the first extension direction and the second extension direction form an included angle; a plurality of first open pores, which are arranged in the shell along the first extension direction, wherein each first open pore is provided with a first end and a second end, a lead wire of a compressor can go into the first ends, the first ends can be sealed so that the part, which is in the shell, of the lead wire can be sealed in the shell; and a plurality of second open pores, which are arranged in the shell along the second extension direction, wherein the wiring terminal of the compressor can go into the second open pores and is connected to the lead wire in the first open pores. The provided wiring mechanism can improve the safety and reliability of the compressor.
