The invention provides a hand resting plate, which comprises an upper arm plate, wherein a fixed seat is arranged at one end of the upper arm plate; a first horizontal rotating device is arranged on the fixed seat; the other end of the upper arm plate is connected to a joint part by virtue of a second horizontal rotating device; a lower arm plate is arranged on the joint part; and a plurality of fixing straps are arranged on the upper arm plate and the lower arm plate. The joint part is connected to the lower arm plate by virtue of a vertical rotary disc, so that the lower arm plate can rotate around an axis in the length direction of the lower arm plate. According to the hand resting plate provided by the invention, a shoulder joint can rotate, and in addition, an elbow joint can rotate in a horizontal direction, so that the structure of the hand resting plate can better fit to human body. The quantity, widths and lengths of the fixing straps can be increased, so that a patient, who is conscious in an operation, can move within a limited range to the greatest extent, and a restless patient, accepting an operation, can be restrained more effectively. According to an optimal scheme, rotation along the axis in the length direction of the lower arm plate is also guaranteed, so that the upper arm plate can better fit to the gesture of a wrist part; therefore, comfort is enhanced.
