The invention provides a liquid storage device, comprising a compressor device thereof and an air-conditioning system including the compressor device. Excess liquid refrigerant may be prevented from entering a compressor by decreasing flow equivalent diameter of a lower reflow hole, and by setting an upper flow hole with suitable flow equivalent diameter at a height above the lower reflow hole, when levels of the liquid refrigerant and frozen engine oil in the liquid storage device reach the upper reflow hole, the frozen engine oil flows into an exhaust pipe of the liquid storage device through the upper reflow hole and enters a compressor cylinder for oil reflow; the liquid storage device considers both liquid reflow and oil reflow, ingeniously solves the problems of excess liquid reflow and possible insufficiency of oil reflow and is applicable particularly to variable frequency air-conditioning systems.
