The invention discloses a precise phlegm measuring kettle. The precise phlegm measuring kettle comprises a sealed tank main body, wherein the tank main body consists of a tank body and a tank cover; a phlegm suction pipe is communicated with a first negative-pressure tube and the tank cover; a second negative-pressure tube is communicated with the tank cover; one end, which extends into the tank cover, of the second negative-pressure tube extends to the inner bottom of the tank body; the first negative-pressure tube and the second negative-pressure tube are connected with a three-way valve; the three-way valve is connected with a negative-pressure catheter; and the tank body is provided with scales. By adopting the precise phlegm measuring kettle, the inside part of a kettle body can be cleaned conveniently and completely, and a user can accurately observe the amount of phlegm in the kettle.
