本发明公开了一种室温超导材料制造方法。它是用物理方法加外力使物质放出热量和“潜热”而由固态向超导态转化。其方法是将普通材料在850°~1200℃高温条件下热轧、热拉、实用成型,之后用高温炉给成型品加温到850°~1200℃,然后,将其成型品迅速送入装有低温冷却剂的超高压压力容器内进行超高压冷却处理,最后即可得到室温超导材料。不同的原材料要求用不同的超高压进行冷却处理。

This invention relates to a method for making room-temp. super-conducting material. A matter can be transformed from solid state into super-conducting state by releasing its heat and "potential heat" physically through applying an external force. An ordinary matter is hot-rolled and hot-drawn at 850-1200 deg.C and then shaped. The shaped material is heated again to 850-1200 deg.C in a high-temp furnace. Then, the material is cooled at ultra-high pressure by quickly putting it into an ultra-high-pressure container loaded with cooling agent to obtain such room-temp super-conducting material. Different ultra-high-pressure cooling treatments are needed for different raw materials.
