本发明公开了一种污泥脱水系统和方法，包括污泥储存池、第一储药罐、第二储药罐、第一混合器、第二混合器、脱水压滤装置；在往复式活塞压滤脱水机内实现污泥的固液分离，其中脱水机活塞进行多次往复动作，并牵引脱水机缸体内过滤载体执行不同动作，通过活塞及过滤载体的联合动作，在过滤载体上重复滤饼形成、滤饼解体、滤饼再形成、滤饼再解体的过程，使污泥整体上得到充分过滤，污泥的含水率降至70％以下。

The invention discloses a high sludge drying dehydration system and a method thereof. The system comprises a sludge storage pool, a first medicine storage pot, a second medicine storage pot, a first mixer, a second mixer and a dehydration press filtering device. Solid-liquid separation of sludge is realized in a reciprocating piston press filtration dehydrator, the piston of the dehydrator moves back and forth multiple times and tracts a filter carrier in the cylinder body of the dehydrator to execute different actions in order to repeat filter cake formation, filter cake breaking, filter cake formation and filter cake breaking processes, so the sludge is wholly and fully filtered, and the water content of sludge decreases to 70% or below.
