Through a special method, the glauconite powder is modified to prepare a porous granular substance, meanwhile, growth, reproduction and amplification of potassium dissolving microbe are effectively promoted, then, an organic matter is fermented to improve the content of available potassium in the organic matter, and meanwhile, the stone powder and the various microelements are added, so that not only is the content of the organic matter in soil is increased, but also the water retaining capacity of the soil is improved; generally, tea trees are planted in terraced fields in a hilly terrain, which makes water loss quickly, so that purposes of microelement content increase and water retaining capacity improvement of the soil are very important, and through adoption of the organic fertilizer, such purposes are realized.
