The invention discloses a soil improved type tea tree organic fertilizer and a preparation method thereof. The organic fertilizer is prepared from the following raw materials: glauconite powder, glass powder, a 4% hydrochloric acid solution, starch, grass carbon, an EM microbial agent, tobacco powder, fine pored silica gel, straw powder, tapioca vine, poultry dung, oyster shell powder, blast furnace slag, peat soil, medical stone powder, microelements, a rough amino acid solution with the concentration of 30% and a proper amount of water. Through a special method, the glauconite powder is modified to prepare a porous granular substance, meanwhile, growth, reproduction and amplification of potassium dissolving microbe are effectively promoted, then, an organic matter is fermented to improve the content of available potassium in the organic matter, and meanwhile, the stone powder and the various microelements are added, so that not only is the content of the organic matter in soil is increased, but also the water retaining capacity of the soil is improved; generally, tea trees are planted in terraced fields in a hilly terrain, which makes water loss quickly, so that purposes of microelement content increase and water retaining capacity improvement of the soil are very important, and through adoption of the organic fertilizer, such purposes are realized.
