The invention provides a near-field electronic laser device which is generated by energy of an oscillation electronic near field. The near-field electronic laser device comprises a light source and a sealed container. Electrons are working substances of the device. The sealed container is internally and fully filled with electronic gas and incident light is generated by the light source; under the illumination of the incident light, the electrons are enforced to vibrate and are similar with an oscillation electric dipole; secondary electromagnetic waves are emitted and an average distance between the electrons in the sealed container is much smaller than the wavelength of the incident light, so that the oscillation electrons are located in the mutual near fields; when the electric field intensity of the incident light and electric moments of the two oscillation electrons are on the same radial straight line and are formed in the same direction, a radial attraction force is formed between the oscillation electrons; under the action of the electric field intensity of the incident light and the radial attraction force, the electrons are located on the same radial straight line and are oscillated in the same direction, and have constant frequency, amplitude and phase difference; and being similar with an antenna array formed by arraying N same antennas at equal distances along the radial direction, relatively strong directionality and intensity are obtained by the interference effect of radiation of each oscillation electron, so as to form laser.
