The composition contains unhaired, declawed and intestine removed silky fowl, Salvia Miltiorrhiza, calcined oyster, cornu cervi degelatinatum, astragalus, processed turtle shell, vinegar processed cyperus rotundus, ginseng, rehmannia glutinosa, radix paeoniae alba, Radix Stellariae, licorice, fried Euryale ferox, Ligusticum wallichii, deer-horn glue, Chinese yam, Mantis Egg-case, Chinese angelica, radix asparagi, prepared rehmannia root. The preparation method includes: (1) conducting enzymolysis extraction on silky fowl; (2) extracting volatile oil from cyperus rotundus, Chinese angelica and Ligusticum wallichii for standby use; (3) subjecting the herb residue in step (2) and ginseng, radix paeoniae alba, radix asparagi, astragalus, Salvia Miltiorrhiza, Radix Stellariae, rehmannia root, prepared rehmannia root, Euryale ferox, Chinese yam and licorice together to water extraction and alcohol precipitation, concentrating the extracted liquid and the extracted liquid of step (1) into an extract; (4) freeze drying Mantis Egg-case, and conducting superfine pulverization on the dried Mantis Egg-case, deer-horn glue, cornu cervi degelatinatum, oyster and turtle shell together; and (5) mixing and pulverizing the extract in step (3) and the superfine pulverized powder in step (4), and spraying the volatile oil in step (2) into the powder, thus obtaining the pharmaceutical composition.
