The invention relates to the technical field of propolis producing, in particular to a producing method of high-quality propolis. The method includes the steps of a, freezing coarse propolis under low temperature; b, crushing the frozen coarse propolis; c, mixing crushed coarse propolis with ethanol, and stirring and filtering; d, filtering the coarse propolis mixed with the ethanol to obtain supernate; e, recycling the ethanol in the supernate to obtain fine propolis; wherein the coarse propolis in the step b is crushed into 180-220 mesh, and the mixture in the step d is processed in a deflecting electric field of 20-30V/decimeter for 20-30 minutes and filtered to obtain the supernate. By the producing method, the produced propolis is low in heavy metal content and good in product quality.
