The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) weighing 401 parts by weight of Szechuan lovage rhizome, 240 parts by weight of tree peony bark and 26 parts by weight of borneol; and (2) carrying out heating reflux extraction on Szechuan lovage rhizome and tree peony bark twice with three times of ethanol water solution at a volume concentration of 90-99% by mass, 2.5 hours for the first time and 2 hours for the second time, filtering the extracting solutions, mixing filtrates obtained twice, recovering the filtrates at reduced pressure at 65 DEG C with a rotary film until paste with relative density of 1.15-1.20 at 80 DEG C is obtained, collecting 20+/-5% of the paste, drying and grinding the paste, adding borneol, mixing borneol with the powder uniformly to obtain a mixture, adding sucrose, starch or dextrin with mass being 1-5 times that of the mixture, mixing the materials uniformly, granulating the mixture and drying the granules, thus obtaining the Suxiaoxintong granules. The Suxiaoxintong granules are low in cost, are safe, take effect quickly, have good curative effects and are convenient to carry. The method has the advantages of few labor hours, high active ingredient transfer rate and improvement of the safety to operating personnel and is suitable for large-scale industrial production.
