The invention discloses a preparation method of Suxiaoxintong tablets. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) weighing Szechuan lovage rhizome, tree peony bark and borneol by weight; (2) decocting Szechuan lovage rhizome with water, filtering the decoction, concentrating the filtrate into paste, adding ethanol for precipitation and pouring out the supernatant; (3) adding an ethanol water solution to soak tree peony bark, percolating tree peony bark with the ethanol water solution and collecting percolate; and (4) mixing the supernatant with the percolate, generating a precipitate, standing for 24 hours, pouring out the supernatant, collecting paste with a rotary film, collecting 20+/-5% of the paste through water bath for two days, drying and grinding the paste, adding borneol, mixing borneol with the powder uniformly to obtain a mixture, adding a lubricating agent with mass being 3-5 times that of the mixture and a diluent with mass being 2-10 times that of the mixture, mixing the materials uniformly and tabletting the mixture, thus obtaining the Suxiaoxintong tablets. The Suxiaoxintong tablets are low in cost, are safe, take effect quickly, have good curative effects and are convenient to carry. The method has the advantages of few labor hours, high active ingredient transfer rate and improvement of the safety to operating personnel and is suitable for large-scale industrial production.
