The invention discloses a superhigh frequency signal whole-ship covering method applied to an ocean engineering ship. Media affecting signal transmission of the whole ship and attenuation parameters are analyzed according to the transmission and attenuation characteristic requirement of UHF signals. A UHF base station connected with a power source comprises a duplexer, a receiving amplifier, an emitting synthesizer, a relay, a coupler, a splitter, a feeder cable, an amplifier and a leaky cable, wherein the duplexer, the receiving amplifier, the emitting synthesizer and the relay are installed on a UHF superhigh frequency frame, and the coupler, the splitter, the feeder cable, the amplifier and the leaky cable are installed in a system. Field UHF monitoring sensors are economically, reasonably and accurately arranged according to the transmission and attenuation characteristic requirement of the UHF signals, the shielding effect of an engine room or some sealed areas on the signals is avoided, UHF wireless communication can be achieved at all places and areas in need on the whole ship by laying the feeder cable and distributing indoor antennas and through other means, and UHF signal whole-ship covering can be defined.
