The low-temperature freezing process comprises the following steps: freezing at the temperature of between -30 DEG C and -35 DEG C for 2-3 hours, increasing the temperature by 10-15 DEG C on the temperature basis and retaining for 2-3 hours, then reducing the temperature to be between -30 DEG C and -35 DEG C and freezing for 2-3 hours, increasing the temperature by 10-15 DEG C on the temperature basis again, retaining for 2-3 hours, and carrying out a repeated process for a plurality of times. The propolis prepared by the preparation method of the propolis has the advantages that particles are smaller, 80% of the particles are 40-50nm in size, and the using effect is better.
