The framework is arranged on the base, a two-way tube which is connected with a compressor is arranged on the framework, a first spray nozzle and a second spray nozzle are respectively arranged at two ends of the two-way tube and are respectively communicated with a first guide tube and a second guide tube, a measuring head is arranged on the first guide tube, a regulating valve is arranged on the second guide tube, a closed cavity is arranged between the first guide tube and the second guide tube in a communicated manner, an elastic membrane is vertically arranged in the closed cavity, electric contacts are respectively arranged at the left end and the right end of the elastic membrane and are connected with a control circuit with electron tubes, a clamping block for accommodating the filter screens is arranged on the base, and the measuring head is arranged right above the clamping block. The pneumatic-electric control measuring instrument has the advantage that problems of complicated integral structure, high price and low detection efficiency of an existing pneumatic-electric control measuring instrument for filter screens can be solved by the aid of the pneumatic-electric control measuring instrument.
