The invention relates to a high-efficient pesticide composition which is composed of following components, by weight, 40-60 parts of triazophos, 25-45 parts of sulfoxaflor, 20-40 parts of spirotetramat and 20-45 parts of spinetoram. The pesticide composition has a significant synergistic effect, can reduce a use amount of effective components and a use cost, can delay generation of the resistance in the pests, can effectively reduce environmental pollution and pesticide residue, and has significant killing effects on plutella xylostella, beet armyworm, leaf miners, thrips, prodenia litura, etiella zinckenella, homoptera piercing-sucking mouthpart pests, mainly including cotton plant bugs, aphids, whiteflies, plant hoppers, scale insects and the like. The pesticide composition is suitable for integrated pest management.
