The medium comprises the following components: 30.1g/L of cooked meat medium, 2.4g/L of lactose, 0.88g/L of sodium thioglycolate, 0.68g/L of L- cystine, 0.05g/L of monopotassium phosphate, 3.5g/L of sodium chloride, 0.001g/L of diazoresorcinal and 0.76g/L of agar, and the pH value of the fluid thioglycollate medium is 6.9 to 7.3. Every liter of the cooked meat medium contains 20g of peptone, 5g of yeast extract powder, 1.5g of soluble starch, 3g of glucose, 5.8g of sodium citrate, 0.33g of deoxysodium cholate and 2.0g of monosodium phosphate. The medium is simple in formula, convenient to prepare, low in cost and convenient to popularize and use; the cell growth is fast, and the aberration rate is low; and convenience in observation and analysis can be realized.
