The method involves hardware equipment, a hardware computer, a simulation computer, the Ethernet, an access and transmission system, a hardware configuration file and a transmission configuration file. According to the target that a different part and a universal part are separated, the access and transmission system can be applied to any simulation system without being modified at all, so that the access and transmission system has universality. Difference separation between the hardware configuration file and the transmission configuration file depends on the transmission requirement of the hardware equipment and the hardware control quantity of the specific simulation system. For a new simulation system, the tasks of access and transmission of the hardware control quantity of the new simulation system can be completed just by defining the hardware configuration file and the transmission configuration file, and therefore repetitive work and resource consumption of relevant projects are avoided, and the engineering development efficiency and the product quality can be greatly improved.
