The simplified version single line drawing generation method includes steps: obtaining a device set of target feeder lines and connection relation data among devices; dividing the devices in the device set into an indoor device set, an electricity room set, an outdoor point device set and an outdoor line device set; performing a hierarchical structure layout on a transformer station, an electricity room and the outdoor point devices according to the connection relation data among the devices; arranging incoming line connection nodes and outgoing line connection nodes of the electricity room according to numbers of incoming switches and outgoing switches, and obtaining a corresponding relationship among the incoming line connection nodes, the outgoing line connection nodes and the indoor devices by binding the incoming line connection nodes, the outgoing line connection nodes and the indoor devices in the indoor device set; performing a connection layout on the transformer station, the electricity room and the outdoor point devices after being arranged through the outdoor line devices in the outdoor line device set according to the connection relation data among the devices and the corresponding relationship among the devices, and generating a simplified version single line drawing. Accordingly, the simplified version single line drawing generation method and the simplified version single line drawing generation system can reduce complexity of an original distribution network single line drawing, and improve distribution network single line drawing reading efficiency for distribution network management staff.
