The invention belongs to the field of a polysiloxane elastomer, and discloses an organosilicon gel emulsion for daily chemicals which have dry and comfortable feeling, silkiness, powder, moisture and other feeling, and a preparation method and applications of the organosilicon gel emulsion. The preparation method comprises the steps of: polymerizing an organo-siloxane monomer in the presence of a composite surfactant and a catalyst to obtain a linear polysiloxane emulsion, and coupling by utilizing a silane coupling agent to obtain the organosilicon gel emulsion. According to the organosilicon gel emulsion, by adopting emulsion polymerization, the preparation method contains less steps, is simple to operate, low in cost, high in safety, free from addition of tin, uranium, platinum and other metal catalysts, the usage safety of the gel can be greatly enhanced, the organosilicon gel emulsion can make skin dry and comfortable, silky, powdery, moisturized and the like, can be directly added and mixed in skin care products, and is applicable to various daily chemicals.
