The invention discloses a chamber combustion regulation method. The method includes: establishing a chamber combustion model; according to the chamber combustion model, simulating a chamber combustion process to acquire a flame center; according to the acquired flame center, regulating the chamber combustion process. Connection points of the chamber combustion chamber include six-layer air and fuel points distributed in a combustion chamber from bottom to top. In addition, the invention further discloses a chamber combustion regulation system. According to the chamber combustion regulation method, the built chamber combustion model is provided with the six-layer air and fuel points, the influences of different layers of fuel and air upon the flame center of the combustion chamber can be well reflected by modifying the influences of the layers of fuel and air upon geometrical characteristics of the combustion chamber, and the chamber combustion process can be accurately and effectively regulated accordingly.
