The invention relates to a bolt sleeve and a waterproof through-wall bolt device for formwork support. The bolt sleeve comprises a sleeve body which allows a bolt to be nested into. At least one of the two axial ends on the outer side of the sleeve body is provided with a protruding cavity filled with polyfoam. The waterproof through-wall bolt device comprises a bolt for supporting a formwork. A bolt sleeve is sleeved on the axial outer side of the bolt. A raised retaining piece is disposed in the middle of the bolt sleeve along the axial direction. At least one of the two sides of the retaining piece is provided with a cavity filled with polyfoam.
