The manufacturing method comprises the following steps of: selecting, cleaning, and removing impurities and dirt in processed leftover materials or cuttings of the damaged original leather; drying to the moisture of 12 percent or below in a drying room at the temperature of 30-45 DEG C; crushing the dried fine leather into leather powder with the particle size of 100 meshes; putting the leather powder and an additive in a heating mixer, and heating and mixing for 15-20 minutes; repeatedly rolling the mixed mixture into thin leather on a reciprocating rolling machine.
