The method comprises the following steps: freezing propolis virgin rubber at the temperature of 0 DEG C, then pulverizing the propolis virgin rubber into powder, adding the powdered virgin rubber powder into solvent, soaking for more than 24 hours, filtering with filtering cloth, and removing impurities. The method is characterized in that the used solvent contains white vinegar. One technical scheme is that the used solvent is a mixed solution comprising the following materials by weight: 4 to 5 parts of alcohol in 95 percent and 5 to 6 parts of white vinegar in 15 to 7 degrees; the used white vinegar in a better solvent is white vinegar in 9 degrees; the used solvent in the best one contains white vinegar in 9 degrees, that is, all solvent uses white vinegar; no other ingredient such as ethanol is mixed; and the proportion of the propolis powder to the white vinegar is 1;4 in the best one. The propolis purifying method has the advantages of simplicity and convenience in operation, strong safety and high total flavonoid content of the product.
