The invention discloses a device and a method for measuring a high-temperature online track bucket conveyor. The device comprises a weighing frame for bearing a cement bucket conveyor, wherein the weighing frame is connected with a weighing box arranged above the cement bucket conveyor; the weighing box is connected with a control system; the control system is connected with a display apparatus and a printer respectively; the cement bucket conveyor is provided with a velocity measurement sensor and velocity measurement magnetic steel; and the velocity measurement sensor is connected with the control system. The method comprises the following steps that: (1), the cement bucket conveyor moves on a running track provided with the weighing frame; (2), the weighing frame transmits the real-time weight to the control system; (3), the velocity measurement sensor transmits a velocity measurement value to the control system; (4), the control system calculates to obtain the instant material flow q and a material total quantity Q of the cement bucket conveyer; and (5), the control system sends a warning tone if the conveyer is overload. The device runs stably and the method calculates accurately, therefore the technological requirements can be met.
